The challenge was to make the blazers they were wearing lighter; the team found them heavy and felt too hot in them. We wanted to create a more casual yet elegant look, without losing the essence of the jacket, but giving it a fresh twist by using a guayabera instead of a classic blazer.

Natural tones dominate the designs to ensure harmony with the space. We proposed a guayabera-style shirt made of a lightweight, textured fabric. The goal was to maintain the elegance of a jacket while creating a fresher summer look that can also be worn with a T-shirt in winter. To distinguish between managers and staff, we used two different fabrics: a natural striped seersucker that adds texture to the garment for staff, and a lightweight Oxford fabric for managers.
