Aware of how important privacy is for you, we want to inform you that at VRANDED we also take it very seriously. Confidentiality with our suppliers and customers and respect for the privacy of user data is a priority in this company. SUMMARY OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Responsible for the treatment: VRANDED IBERICA S.L., with C.I.F. B88053202 and address in calle médico Rodríguez, 8-10 BIS 2 of Coruña. Physical person responsible for the data: Martín Mosquera, who can be reached at the e-mail address info@vranded.es.

Purpose:

  • ‍Respondto e-mails sent through the web. We do not retain data once the purpose of the message has been resolved.
  • Management of the contracting, invoicing and performance of the service. This data will remain in our database for up to four years after the end of the service.
  • To inform about products and services, events, news and meetings unless they indicate their desire not to receive commercial information, oppose or revoke it. This data will be kept for four years from the date of transfer, unless the rights described below are exercised.
  • To study in an analytical and statistical way the activity on the website in a 100% anonymous way. This data will not be deleted by VRANDED.
  • Analyze job candidates. This data will remain in our database for one year.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with current legislation.

Legitimation: Express consent. Only in those cases in which the integrity of VRANDED is compromised, the data will be processed based on legitimate interest.

Communication: No personal data will be communicated to third parties except anonymously for web analytics purposes.

WHAT DATA DO WE STORE AND PROCESS?

As we have already mentioned, we are dedicated to textile design to create a strong corporate image with personality. That is why a great part of our activity is oriented to companies. With these companies we have a firm purpose: confidentiality, commitment and loyalty. As the companies that you are, you do not have the consideration of interested parties in terms of data protection. But you are interested in knowing about it, for two reasons: because you are accessing as a natural person, and because all our commitment to privacy is also a commitment to business secrecy.

And what personal data can we collect, store and process? Well, we'll let you know:

  • Professionals: Training / Qualifications, Record, Professional Career and Membership.
  • Traffic and Location*: Collected through Cookies
  • Commercial: Economic Activity, Economic Sector
  • Economic and financial: Those necessary for invoicing.

* These Personal Data are completely anonymous and allow us to use analytical tools to study user behavior on this web portal and better understand our industry.

In other words: we can collect data from an administrator of a company to design their uniforms, but also from individuals who want to start a project, people interested in our work, people who want to be employed at VRANDED, and so on. This is all the data we will store.

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct data, as we will not be liable for any damage caused by an error in this data. We also ask you to provide us with the corresponding authorization to send us the data of a third party.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE STORE AND PROCESS THE DATA?

First and foremost: we do not use automated means of data processing. We store and process them manually in accordance with the following purposes:

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

There are three deadlines that we at VRANDED want to make clear to you:

  • 1 minute: Yes, we do not keep or process the personal data of those who contact us in a timely manner.
  • 1 year from storage: In case you want to apply for a job, we will keep your CV for one year from receipt.
  • 4 years from the end of the service or transfer of data: whenever there is a relationship between you and us, we will keep and process the data for 4 years from the end of this relationship. And if the relationship that exists between us is purely commercial, until you revoke your consent or cancel your data with a maximum period of 4 years from your consent.

SECURITY MEASURES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA  

In our work, the use of technical and organizational means is very important to obtain the best results. We use software to design, to get information, to develop projects, to purchase material, etc.

But that's not all. The same interest we show in working securely, we apply to protect the personal data we process and the business data. Starting with secure browsing via an SSL certificate. But this is not the only technical measure.

As a primary measure, we do not collect more data than is strictly necessary to conduct our business. We do not collect for the sake of collecting. We get to the point. Likewise, the data files in which the data is stored and subsequently processed are duly pseudomized, encrypted and located in hermetic servers that are difficult to access and far from any illegitimate intrusion.
