The Challenge
At the height of the K Beauty boom, Ceramine saw the perfect moment to open the European market. But first it needed a differential strategic positioning, an aggressive launch strategy and growth campaigns with content worthy of the brand.
Ceramine is the perfect union between dermo-cosmetic research and Korean skin care tradition. Its formula is based on the power of nanoceramides, a qualitative leap in the industry, while showing extreme respect for nature and Korean culture.
In its expansion strategy, Ceramine chose Europe as its next market. To make this move, it asked to collaborate with VRANDED Haus on a 360° project.
Our first step was to thoroughly research the brand to find its best selling points. With them, we developed a unique positioning in the market, which we summarized in the phrase 'The Korean Beauty Secret'. A way of expressing the importance of scientific research within the Korean cultural context.
Then, we developed a launch plan starting from Spain. A multichannel strategy, based on content creation, collaborations with influencers and growth actions on various platforms. These first actions were reinforced with email marketing.
In addition, we developed an elegant, clean and very intuitive e-commerce. A site that explained the history of Ceramine and conveyed confidence in their products.
