The Challenge
Home is not a place, but a feeling. The Ivory Homes logo takes as inspiration the feeling of belonging to one's home, that cartography of unbreakable walls between which life makes its way. For this we visually based on the representation of a family coat of arms or coat of arms, linking it with various emotional and architectural elements.
The three fundamental pillars of IVORY, its raison d'être. Each one of them with its own universe, its own color, different objective.
The Hatton typeface is the one used as the basis for the brand logo. We will also use it for headlines. An elegant, stylized typeface with a contemporary and refined character. We will use Montserrat for the text bodies, a sans serif typeface with geometric endings, subtle and highly legible, which balances the character of the Hatton perfectly.
Together with a harmonious color palette to differentiate each of Ivory Homes' business areas.
A website that integrates the three divisions of the company (Luxury Rentals, Real Estate and Arch & Design) through an intuitive digital experience where design and usability are embodied in a simple and coherent interface with the brand universe.
