The Challenge
Taking advantage of the moment of expansion of 'La Mafia', the brand decided to renew its uniforms. Until now, their workwear was focused on black and white to convey that stereotypical Italian image of the 1920s. But they were looking for something different, representing their new way of looking at Mediterranean cuisine and the small pleasures of the Italian lifestyle.
From VRANDED Haus we proposed a fresher line, in line with the new interior design of the restaurants, and that represented the Italian and Mediterranean gastronomy. For this, we chose blue tones, more sophisticated garments and some details such as the scarf or the badge.
The origin of this uniform line lies in extensive research and consulting work. Our team visited the group's new restaurants and conducted numerous employee surveys to ensure the functionality of the garments. As a result, we proposed a more summery line to improve employee comfort and designed a style guide to show employees how to wear their new uniforms.
'La Mafia' was not only looking for a textile consultancy, but a partner to help with logistics, warehousing and ordering of their work fashion. That's exactly what he found in VRANDED Haus.
