Family and tradition
The first Mallorca bakery opened its doors in 1931 on Bravo Murillo Street. At that time, its ensaimadas and torteles soon earned its fame among the locals. Over the years new stores were opened, product lines were expanded, incorporating savory pastries, cooking, chocolates, candies, with the sole objective of giving the best, always freshly made products and prepared in their bakeries. Today the business is run by the fourth generation of the family, with 8 stores in Madrid, as well as one in Mexico and Japan.

The Challenge
The challenge was to lighten the jackets they were using, as the team felt they were heavy and very hot. We wanted to bring a more casual look within the elegance, without losing the essence of the jacket but renewing it with a guayabera instead of a classic blazer.

Natural tones predominate in the looks to harmonize with the space.
We proposed a guayabera type shirt in a light fabric with texture. Trying not to lose the elegance of a jacket but providing a cooler look for the summer that can be worn with a t-shirt in winter.
To differentiate between manager and staff we use two different fabrics, one is a natural striped seersucker, which adds texture to the garment, in the case of the staff. For the managers we opted for a light oxford.
