The Challenge
The challenge was to create uniforms that reflected Servalia’s new visual identity while maintaining the comfort, functionality, and image of quality that define the company. The goal was to update the uniforms by adapting them to the employees’ operational needs and aligning them with the corporate image and brand values, all while maintaining a practical and consistent design across the different staff levels.

The design of the new uniforms is based on Servalia’s corporate colors, incorporating customizations featuring the logo on several key garments. The goal was to update the existing garments while maintaining their functionality, but giving them a more modern and professional look that aligns with the brand’s new image.
Specific uniforms were developed for the different ranks within the company, from chefs to supervisors and visitors, ensuring that each position had the appropriate uniform for its duties, without compromising the consistency of the company’s overall image.
Uniforms by rank
The chef's uniform features a white double-breasted jacket with the logo embroidered on the chest. It is complemented by a two-tone double-breasted apron, also featuring the logo embroidered on the pocket, and gray 100% polyester pants designed for comfort and durability in the workplace.
For assistants, we offer the option of a white T-shirt with the logo embroidered on the chest and a screen-printed illustration on the back, adding a modern and personalized touch to the uniform.
The standout piece of the collection is the one-size-fits-all two-tone smock, designed specifically for instructors. This garment is functional, comfortable, and adaptable to different sizes, ensuring freedom of movement and a practical design.
For visitors, a robe with snap closures was designed, featuring a contrasting hem and the logo embroidered on the chest. It is complemented by a sage-colored microfiber fleece with anti-pilling treatment and two pockets, embroidered on the chest and back, ideal for offering comfort and protection. Additionally, the black waterproof softshell jacket, made from recycled polyester, guarantees durability and comfort in various weather conditions, with a microfleece lining that adds warmth.
Accessories
The collection is rounded out by a white apron with orange straps and a blue pocket, featuring the logo embroidered on the chest, a PVC apron for the toughest tasks, oil-resistant slip-resistant shoes, and mushroom-style caps and hairnets that comply with health and safety regulations.
The end result is a collection of uniforms that reflects Servalia’s modernization and values, providing employees with comfort, safety, and a look that aligns with the company’s new identity.
The uniform update has not only improved aesthetics and functionality but also streamlined daily operations, aligning employees with the company’s mission to deliver quality services, innovation, and sustainability.
